Forms

Submissions

Every time someone sends a form, XFORG saves the answers. You can read them, mark them as reviewed and see how the form performs over time.

Find the answers

1

Open the Form Creater

Go to Forms, then Form Creater.

2

Open the answers

Open the form's row actions and choose Answers.

3

Pick a tab

Analysis shows charts and totals. Results lists every submission.

Until someone submits the form, both tabs say that no answers have been submitted yet.

The Results tab

Each row is one submission. Besides one column per field, you see the Completed date, the Version answered and a Status.

Status starts as Pending. Change it to Reviewed once you have dealt with a submission, so your team knows what is left.

Uploaded files show in their field's column. Answers from password fields are never stored, so they do not appear.

The Analysis tab

The Analysis tab summarises every submission of the form.

Totals

Total Submissions, Form Versions Used, Overall Completion Rate and Active Fields.

Trends

Daily Submissions, Monthly Submissions, Submissions by Hour and Submissions by Day of Week.

Field Completion Rates

How often each field is answered, with Required or Optional shown next to it.

Version Distribution

How many answers came in on each version of the form.

What else happens on submit

If the form has an email or phone User component, the person is saved as a lead, or matched to their existing record. A signed-in user is matched without needing those fields.

Tags from Add tags to users are added to that person.

Admins chosen under Notify admins receive an email with the answers.

A function set as the On end rule runs.

The User data option in Form settings decides whether a submission may change the record of someone already known: Leave their record alone, Fill in what is missing, or Replace with what they submit.
