GoDaddy, Hostinger, Google Domains, Porkbun and every other provider work the same way: one record for the root and one for www.
Use the first option your provider supports:
Some providers, like DNSimple, DNS Made Easy, Name.com and NS1, offer ALIAS or ANAME records. Add one with host @ and value your site's default address (it ends in .onrender.com and is shown on your domain page).
Everywhere else, add an A record with host @ and value 216.24.57.1.

Add a CNAME record with host www (or the subdomain you are connecting, like shop) and value your site's default address (it ends in .onrender.com and is shown on your domain page).

1
Replace existing records
Many providers create parked records for @ and www when you buy a domain. Edit or delete them instead of adding a second record with the same host.
2
Delete AAAA records
Any AAAA record on @ or www stops the domain from verifying.
3
Turn off forwarding
If your provider has domain forwarding or a parking page switched on, turn it off. It replaces the records you add.
4
Host, not full name
Type @ or www in the Host field. If the record shows your domain twice, you typed the full name.
To see what the internet sees, look your domain up on dnschecker.org. When it shows the values above, go back to your domain page and click Check again.
