Connect a domain registered with Namecheap using its Advanced DNS settings.

Open Advanced DNS
Sign in to Namecheap, open Domain List, click Manage next to your domain and go to the Advanced DNS tab.

Delete the parking records
New domains come with a URL Redirect Record and a CNAME record pointing to parkingpage.namecheap.com. Delete both, along with any other A record on @, CNAME on www, or AAAA record.

Add the root
Add an A Record with host @ and value 216.24.57.1. Set TTL to 1 min so changes show up faster.

Add www
Add a CNAME Record with host www and value your site's default address (it ends in .onrender.com and is shown on your domain page), TTL 1 min.

Save the changes with the green check on each row. Then go back to your domain page and click Check again.
