Shipping rules set the shipping cost of an order from its price and weight. The first rule that fits the cart wins.
Go to Shop, then Shop Configuration, and open the Shipping tab.

Turns on shipping details and rules for your shop.
Shipping calculation timing
Calculate at checkout applies your rules in the order summary. Calculate at next step shows the shipping line as calculated at the next step and adds no rule cost.
Click Save Shipping Settings. Your rules are listed underneath.
On each product's Shipping tab, switch on Requires shipping for items you send to the customer, and enter the weight and its unit (g, kg, lb or oz). Dimensions are optional.
If a product requires shipping while Enable shipping is off, checkout refuses the order. Turn shipping on, or switch Requires shipping off for digital items.

Open the form
On the Shipping tab, click Add rule.

Name and order
Enter a Rule name and a Priority. Lower numbers run first.

Set conditions
Fill in any of Min price, Max price, Min weight and Max weight. Leave a field empty to make it unlimited.

Set the cost
Enter the Shipping cost for orders that match.

Save
Keep Active switched on and click Save Changes.
Use the edit button on a rule's row to change it later, and the status button next to it to deactivate a rule without deleting it.
Only active rules are checked, lowest priority number first.
A rule matches only when all of its conditions match.
Price and weight are counted only over products that require shipping.
The first matching rule sets the cost and the rest are skipped.
If no rule matches, shipping is 0.
Weights are added up as plain numbers, without converting units. Use the same weight unit on every product and in your rules.
End your list with a catch-all rule that has no conditions and the highest priority number, so every cart gets a cost you chose.
When shipping is on and the cart holds a product that requires shipping, checkout asks for a shipping name and address, and Stripe asks for a shipping address too. The address appears on the order's Shipping Info tab.
Customers can copy their billing address into the shipping form instead of typing it twice.
