Administrators are the people who can sign in to your admin panel. Give each one access to only the screens they need.
Open Manage Sys Admin in the sidebar. It has three screens.

Choose which screens and actions an administrator can use.
Create Sys Admin
Add a new administrator.
Manage Sys Admin
See all administrators, activate or deactivate them and reset passwords.

Open the form
Go to Create Sys Admin, or click Add sysadmin on the Manage Sys Admin screen.

Fill it in
Enter a Username, an Email, a Password and Confirm password.

Create
Click Create Sys Admin. A welcome email goes to the new administrator.
Username
5 to 30 characters, letters and numbers only.
Password
8 to 30 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a special character.
The welcome email is sent from your System Favorite email sender.
A new administrator can sign in but sees no screens until you grant them.

Open permissions
Go to Sys admin permissions.

Pick the person
Choose the administrator in the selector.

Toggle access
Switch on the screens they need, and any specific actions within those screens.
Deactivate blocks an administrator without deleting them. Activate brings them back.
Reset password emails the administrator a link to choose a new password. It needs an active email sender.
Give each person their own account instead of sharing one. That way you can remove one person's access without affecting anyone else.
